Should I buy the software or subscribe? |

REI Wise offers a couple of options for our two best selling products - REI
Wise Commercial and REI Wise Executive. You may purchase the desktop product
and install it on your computer or you may subscribe to our online investment
analysis software. Both the desktop and the internet subscription have the same
great features: ease-of-use, superior marketing capabilities and extensive
educational tools. You simply need to decide which option fits your business
needs best.

How does the internet subscription work? |
|
|
An REI Wise online subscription allows you to perform all your analysis and
marketing online. You can create, save, open and delete properties in our
secure database. You can also access your data from any internet connection: at
home, in the office or sipping on that hot latte in a cafe with your wireless
connection. The startup costs are also a fraction of purchasing the desktop
product. Only $24.95 per month for the REI Wise Commercial online and $14.95
per month for the REI Wise Executive online. |

Why should I avoid Excel spreadsheets? |
|
|
Many companies offer "real estate investment analysis software" that is simply
Excel spreadsheets cobbled together. Spreadsheets can never offer the same
ease-of-use that you find with REI Wise. More importantly, they can never
have the same level of analysis reliability. Spreadsheets are cumbersome and
difficult to navigate. Also, spreadsheets products produce crude presentation
materials that look like they came from... well, a spreadsheet. Spreadsheet are
never database driven applications. Do not have full Microsoft
context-sensitive help nor interactive learning tools. Need we say more.

products? |

effective software. Because REI Wise™ is based on the .Net platform it can
deliver several significant features other older software can not. Clearly, a
major feature is the ease-of-use and user friendly interface. Features which
are not possible in excel spreadsheets dressed up as a software product. Also,
REI Wise products produce superior marketing materials.

Are there any limitations on the number of properties and
scenarios I can enter? |

No. You may enter as many properties as you wish. And each property may have an
unlimited number of scenarios. This allows you to run multiple "What If"
scenarios and save them for future review. Scenarios are easily retrieved buy
selecting the property and then the scenario.
